Local Needs Assessments (see current website for layout http://www.nonprofitresource.org/LocalNeeds.asp )

In order to effectively plan to meet the needs of our communities, it is necessary to understand the needs, assets and demographics of each population you wish to serve.  We have compiled the following resources to help you to increase the effectiveness of your programs by:

  • Understanding community needs
  • Gather demographic information and other statistics needed when applying for grants
  • Preventing duplication of research and other studies already completed

If your are an organization who would like to share your needs assessment with other nonprofits, contact us (link to General information request form) to include your needs assessment on our website.
