You must notify the Center of cancellations at least 5 working days before a scheduled seminar in order to be eligible for a credit.

No cash refunds will be granted, and no credits will be given for late cancellations or no-shows for any seminar. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate from your organization at no charge.

We reserve the right to cancel a seminar due to low enrollment. All registrants will be notified in advance and a full refund will be provided upon request.

There is a $10 handling charge for all cancellations or rescheduling.
